Since plants are perishable live goods, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once shipped. However, we guarantee that your plants will arrive healthy and safe.
If your plants arrive damaged, dead, or in extremely poor condition, please contact us at support@yourdomain.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the damaged plants and the shipping package. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund for the damaged items.
